Physical Description and Persona:
Mirabel is a Shorter girl only reaching around 4'8" but having a soft curved figure. Mirabel is known for having wide set hetrochromic eyes, one gray blue the other sea green and a slightly freckled up turned nose. Her round face is framed by dark brown curling hair that go roughly to her shoulders.
Tools/Powers/Abilities:
Shifter/Skinwalker- she has the inherited ability to shift in to any animal or person. Mirabel comes with a small hunting knife set( a pairing knife, a Bowie knife, a skinning knife and a multitool) and an ax from living in the northern wilderness, a pure silver letter opener and a silver locket these were used to deter vampires in her old world.
Background:
Being raised in the northern tundra of Canada maybe not the best situation for most people, but for Mirabel and her father it was the only thing they knew. Joseph moved them up there after Vampires came out to the world. He became afraid that they would push the rest of the supernatural communities to also out themselves. Fearing that would only lead to hate crimes and difficulty for his daughter in the future, Joseph packed up and moved to the wilderness where he was raised. There Mirabel lived a secluded life in a cabin completely cut off from the outside world. They often hunted and foraged for food. This was easier due to their shifting ablites and could hunt down their pray in different forms.
Over the years Joseph and Mirabel moved closer and closer to a small town called Sysilly located out in the tundra. There was only 122 people in it but it was enough for Mirabel to socialize and get used to humans, and other supernaturals like herself. The natives were all werewolves or werebears two seprate clans that happened to live in close proximity to each other. Joseph was typically used as an information runner from one alpha to the other.
It took a number of years but eventually the Hep-v virus came to the town along with a band of rabid vampires. With three months of night it was impossible for anyone to safely move through the town. Let alone leave it entirely. Eventually the town was completely wiped out except for a small handful of folk who managed to barricade them selves in and use Mirabel,Joseph and a couple werewolves as hunters to bring back food and other supplies. During a run Joseph never made it back to the barricade. Mirabel assumed that he was taken down by the vampires, but when the sun finally started to reappear and the vampires had died of the virus or by sunlight his body was never found. The others were found and burned at the town square. In the end the town was abandoned by the survivors, only to be covered and forgotten by snow. Mirabel went back to the cabin she grew up in and lived solely off of the land. It took five years before the bright light appeared. IT was so brilliant and promised her hearts desire, what ever she wanted. That was where he must have gone. Mirabel believed her father to be in the Seventh City.
